Orders with more than 1 item are assigned processing periods in accordance with the item.
Prior to shipment We will conduct a thorough inspection of the items you have ordered. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we are unable to fully manage it due to the fact that several stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. So the actual stock may alter at any time. You may not receive your order after the order has been made.
The policy is for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since the date you bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete exchange or refund.
You can only return a product in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition as the day you received it. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
